My Philosophy

For me, psychotherapy is largely about creating more self-acceptance. In particular, I am interested in the establishing of a movement away from repression and towards expression. Using an understanding of our past experiences, and how they might interact with our present circumstances, we hope to see how each may be creating blocks in our lives from a healthy expression of our feelings, however that may look for you. To put it simply, in therapy we are embarking together on a journey toward genuine self-acceptance.

I have a variety of experience working with a range of clients and I am confident that if you are committed to the process of therapy then we can make some meaningful progress toward a happier and more fulfilled life.
