My name is Zak Reeves and I am moving into my fourth year of a UKCP recognised training in Psychotherapy at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I am currently offering low-cost psychotherapy working with adults. Sessions are priced at £30 per 50 minutes and my practice is based out of the Clifton Practice Rooms in central Bristol. For more information on the location and the Practice Rooms in general, you can visit their website at https://thepracticerooms.co.uk/find-a-therapist/centres/bristol-clifton.

To tell you a bit more about myself, I have over 6 years of experience working in the helping professions. During this time, I developed my ability to support people through difficult times in their life. In addition to this, I also have over 2 years of Psychotherapy experience working in private practice, in addition to well over 100 client hours at the BCPC low-cost service and as a College Counsellor at the City of Bristol College.

Throughout this time I have worked with a wide range of clients with a wide range of things that they would like to work on, including: stress and anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, relationship issues, emotional regulation, building confidence and strengthening communication, among others. I also have particular experience and interest in working with students and people with special needs.

In our work together, I will endeavour to create a warm, empathetic and challenging environment for you to help better understand yourself and facilitate movement in your life. If you are interested, you can read more about my working style on the ‘My Philosophy’ page of this website.
